Mr. Arabia remains active in the design activities for a select number of current projects. In his 40+ year career at LKU, Mr. Arabia has functioned as Project Manager and Lead P/FP/HVAC Design Engineer for a large number of projects. Some of the many diverse types of facilities which Mr. Arabia has provided P/FP/HVAC designs for are Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Boiler Plants, Chiller Plants, Central Utility Plants, Schools, Colleges/Universities, R&D Laboratories, GMP Spaces, Office Campuses, Houses of Worship and Data Centers.
