- IAQ Conscious HVAC: 68,000 cfm, Hospital-Grade, Double-Wall AHU Systems;
- IAQ Conscious HVAC: Activated Charcoal pre-filtration/treatment for AHU Systems;
- Energy Conscious HVAC: system design allows maintenance of pressure relationships, where appropriate, during Aunoccupied@ hours, at reduced air volumes;
- Cost-Effective HVAC: existing chilled water and hot water pumps re-used, rather than replaced, by retrofitting new impellers;
- Design/Documentation Clarity: rigorous determination of connections to existing M/E utilities, including close coordination with hospital O/M Staff, helped to simplify and expedite project delivery;
