- A Quick-Cooling@: supplemental chilled water coils provided to meet surgeons= stringent temperature control requirements;
- IAQ Conscious M/E: meet ICRA protocol;
- IAQ Conscious HVAC: Hospital-Grade, Double-Wall AHU System;
- O/M Amenities: equipment requiring routine maintenance, such as duct heating coils, zone filters, zone terminal boxes and control valves were located outside of O R Suite, and, wherever possible, in MER;
- Design/Documentation Clarity: rigorous determination of connections to existing M/E utilities, such as chilled water, steam, storm, sanitary, medical gases, fire alarm and electric service, helped to simplify and expedite project delivery;
